Armored Warfare | Maintenance – March 15

Hello tankers,

do you stumble on a no-connection with the Armored Warfare servers? This is normal because of a scheduled maintenance.

On the 15th of March 2018, starting from 8:00 CET (14th of March, 11 PM PDT for NA), the Open Beta servers will not be available for 4 hours due to the application of Hotfix 0.24.4466

LIST OF HOTFIX 0.24.4466 CHANGES

Important Changes and Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that caused massive lags in battles
  • Fixed an issue that caused High Explosive shells to deal too low damage
  • Fixed an issue where the shell loading indicator for autoloader or ready rack cannons didn’t work correctly under certain circumstances
  • Fixed several issues that could cause the game to crash
  • The Alpine Valley Map was officially renamed to Grindelwald
  • The Grassy Fields Map was officially renamed to Pleternica

Vehicle Changes

  • XM800T – fixed an issue where the LAW unguided rockets were flying outside of the aim circle
  • Fixed the T-72M2 Wilk armor (some parts such as gunner’s sights were treated as inert components, thus being invulnerable)
  • K21 XC8 now has a “KAPS” hard-kill APS upgrade available
  • Fixed the VT4 armor (the tank was possible to penetrate through its headlights)
  • Fixed several issues with the EE-18 Sucuri II model (incorrect turret ring placement etc.)
  • Begleitpanzer 57 Joker – fixed an issue where the smoke grenade launcher was shown as an armor upgrade in the Upgrade window
  • Increased the ATGM prices for SPHINX, CRAB and VBL INGWE by roughly 50 percent
  • Fixed the exhaust grill on the Scimitar and Sabre in the SD client
  • Fixed the camouflage appearance on several vehicles introduced in Update 0.24
  • Fixed the minimum settings visual models of several vehicles introduced in Update 0.24

PvE Team Matchmaking

We’ve changed the way the team matchmaker assembly works for PvE missions – from now on, each team will have at least two vehicles with frontal armor thickness equal to (Tier*33). This ensures that the matchmaker will no longer assemble teams that aren’t capable of withstanding enemy fire.

Other Changes

  • Fixed a bug that caused replays to be possible to run while sitting in a queue
  • Fixed a bug where assists didn’t count properly for the purpose of the “Higher Tier Killer” PvE challenge
  • Fixed a bug that caused the sound effect of ammunition type switch to sometimes disappear
  • Deserters and AFK players will no longer obtain any Medals or Achievements even if they meet the requirements
  • Deserters will also no longer be able to complete Challenges
  • Players will no longer receive Loot Crates in PvP if the match has an AI opponent in it
  • After pressing the “Battle” button from a Match Result window, the queued tank will be the tank from the match results instead of the one selected in the Garage (that was the earlier case)
  • The avatar that was possible to obtain for the third Special Operation before the launch of 0.24 and was in 0.24 only possible to obtain for the fourth one was moved back to the third Special Operation
  • Fixed several voiceover issues with the fourth Special Operation
  • Erik Zaytsev renamed to Andrey Zaytsev in the fourth Special Operation dialogue
  • Fixed the muzzle brake on the EE-18 Sucuri II model
  • Fixed several smaller UI issues (tooltips, icon placement etc.)
  • Fixed the falling tree visual model on the Grindelwald map
  • Grindelwald – fixed the flying lamp post at F6
  • Grindelwald – fixed the flying grass at H6
  • Fixed the movement of the tutorial T-72A
  • Active ability cooldown timer in battle is now easier to read
